Skipping breakfast was a very very very bad thing, Viola declared as she skipped down the steps of the school and made her way towards the Great Hall, because by the time lunch rolled around, the person in question's stomach would start to grumble and that, my dear friends, was never a good sound when one was as popular as Viola believed she was at Salem. But it had not been her fault that she had skipped breakfast! Quite the contrary, she believed the blame lay entirely on the opening feast which had taken place last night. She had been quite exhausted by the end of it and fallen into a deep slumber. So deep had been said slumber that she had woken up with only ten minutes to get to class.
Now, Viola might not be the smartest person around, but she was not stupid either. There was no freaking way she was going to show up late to her first class when she was starting her fifth year. Nu-uh. No sir. So instead of taking a trip down to the Great Hall, the blond had dashed straight to Potions and then to Transfiguration.
But now that it was lunchtime, Viola found that she was extremely, yes extremely hungry. So she hurried into the Great Hall and seated herself on the Gillet table and beamed at her fellow students before reaching for a sandwich.
Oh BOY, was she hungry.

Taking the stairst after Transfigurations Donna was making her way toward the Great Hall completely alone. It was lunch time and Gillet table was full of people taking their dishes ready to have a feast but Donna was full.
Apart from her strict diet she couldn't bare to look at food for a minute. She was going to take a salad and that was much to say. Her friends were worried about her food habits so she has stopped eating with them. She took a site near Viola who was eating a sandwich.
Donna was on a diet and hated food because she had to take care of her slim body. There was no way she was going to lost her firgure though she had never consider herself someone very popular or pretty, not even narcisist but being fat was something she hated too much.
Viola was from her house and they had known each other since first year though they didn't actually talked quite much. Maybe it was time to look for new friends or to get close to someone you know since her friends were giving her one of a time. How are you Viola? Donna said greeting the blonde girl and smiling at her How was your summer?

Viola had failed to notice Donna until the moment the girl spoke to her, being far too engrossed in eating the delicious sandwich -anything edible tasted delicious to her empty stomach- so when she spoke to her, Viola jumped and turned around to face the girl. The bite she had just taken of the sandwich still in her mouth, the blond chewed it and then gulped it down before coughing elegantly and saying, "I am good, thank you, Donna." Formal much, Vi? "And my summer was ... " Vee paused as she thought about a word that would describe her summer. Eventful? Disastrous? Melodramatic? "... pleasant." HA. LIAR.
And then the girl paused and peered at Donna. She had never spoken to her before. Or, well, they had ... on rare occasions ... so why talk now? Before she could go any further with that thought, though, Vee shrugged and let it go. Meh. "How about you? How was your summer?" She asked before taking another bite, this time gracefully, of her sandwich.
NOOOOOOM.

Donna smiled when Viola jumped of her seat with her sandwich in her mouth. She hadn't notice her. Viola asnwered her question with a vague pleasant and Lauren couldn't help but smile at her. Her own summer had been... not the best of her life but at least quite good.
Fine, quite bored actually Donna replied. Remembering her summer she had been as bored as someone can be and she had missed her friends, though her friends weren't her friends anymore. Did you have a good start?
Donna could tell Viola was wondering why they were talking but what she was going to do, ignore her while she was there sitting? Donna took a little salad in her plate and took a little bite of it. Her stomach relebed against the food but she keep taking little bites of her minimal salad. I found Transfiguration quite boring actually
